The Susquehanna River has good flow for the month of August; 3-4 feet. Grass patches are visible and many anglers are having success working these areas. Motorboats are reminded they must give way to less maneuverable watercraft, such as canoes and kayaks. In the same regard, canoes and kayakers must be aware there are limited channels the motorboats can use to traverse the river. The Susquehanna River also has been producing some nice Channel Catfish in the 20” to 28” range using night crawlers, chicken liver, shrimp and minnows.
