Flows at 576 at Wagon Weel Gap and falling. Floating is an option for the extremely experienced oarsman. Streamer fishing is lights out and that is all you need to know. Nymphing will produce fish, but why? Fish may be looking up to BWO dries.

201/514 CFS. Water levels being slowly dropped. Water levels are being dropped. The Rio Grande Wading season is coming into full force. Fishing is still lights out. Stonefly and Caddis hatches are going strong. Green and Gray Drakes as well as PMD’s are picking up. Look for terrestrials to be a good food source in the coming weeks. Stonefly dries with stonefly droppers. Mojo Golden Stonefly, Yeagers’ 409, Stimulators. Little Black Sloan, Poxyback stones, Pat’s Rubberlegs. Green Drake Parawulff, Green and Grey Drake Film Critic. Sloan’s Paralyzer, E-Z Caddis, and Duranglers Peacock Caddis. PMD Silhouette Dun, PMD BR Cripple, PMD Vis-a-Dun.
