LAUGHLIN-BULLHEAD AREA: The stripers have improved again over the past week with good catches reported in the upper Big Bend stretch, but the fish are mostly the smaller one to three pounders, and mostly on cut anchovies, but more fish up to six pounds have been reported. The bite is generally fair to good all the way down to the Avi Bridge. There is also a decent catfish bite in this same area and upstream to the dam. Also some bass showing in the backwaters and quite areas with the spawn in full swing. Panfish showing, especially in the bays and backwaters, but still just fair. Information: Riviera Marina at 928-763-8550.
