WHITNEY: Water murky; 62–66 degrees; 10.63’ low. Black bass are fair on chartreuse spinnerbaits, crankbaits, and topwaters. Striped bass are fair on white striper jigs. White bass are fair on minnows. Crappie are good on minnows and blue tube jigs. Catfish are good on bait shrimp and stinkbait.
