Weather forecast; partly cloudy with 10% chance of showers.
Reality; Gale force winds, 4 foot breakers on the lake washing over the bow of my boat soaking the entire contents of the boat, camping gear, sleeping bag, clothing, etc. Rained for @ 2 hours.
I sheltered in a small cove with a wall that broke most of the wind but still needed both of my anchors (60 pounds total) to hold against the wind. Cold overnight with no dry sleeping bag or extra clothing. Broke one of my fishing rods. Caught zero fish. I hate Lake Pleasant.

A lot of morning top water activity. Fish were really picky and did not attack much in bait that was thrown out into the water. The lake was really busy with a lot of boaters and kayakers that may have thrown off the fish from being aggressive. The fish are heading into the backs of the coves to start spawning. Not much of a catfish bite.
