Corbina catch

using the underwater light on the boat we get corbina swarming the boat all night,  <<< caution>> having 25" corbina all around the boat can cause stress to a real fisherman .. try getting anything done when you can almost touch them .. got me in trouble with the wife a few times... Then i figured out how to catch them.. here's the trick

once the little baitfish get exposed in the lights they freak out and jump out of the water and they cant get back in.. so they flutter on the surface till they sink.. this drives the corbina crazy and they rush up and take them from the surface.. at first the corbina are very shy like corbina always are.. but once the frenzy gets going they get careless and jump without thinking...  this is when you throw a little minnow plastic about 1.5" (Walmart 3 for $2.36) on lite tackle and twitch it around on the surface.. Be ready.. they hit fast and run hard.. since I'm in the marina theres lots of stuff to wrap around so keep him close.. thats it
