We have a full service tour desk and will be happy to arrange any tours you would like to do. The dive and tour operators pick up and drop off at our private pier. We take care of everything and you simply pay for everything upon check out!
Accommodations:
The resort features an exotic, freshwater heated swimming pool and complimentary bicycles and kayaks for guests to explore the island – or, they can enjoy bird watching in Xanadu’s private nature reserve.
Scuba diving, snorkelling, sailing, fishing or guided eco-tours to the jungle or Mayan ruins can be arranged through their full service tour desk. Dive and tour boats will pick up and return guests at Xanadu’s private pier.
Our unique monolithic domes combined with thatched roofs, wooden decks and colourful hammocks provide the perfect ambiance to unwind and enjoy a true Belizean getaway.
All of our suites have fully equipped kitchens that add the final touch to a tropical home away from home experience. You can easily indulge in the abundance of fresh fruits, vegetables and seafood available within walking distance.
Located only minutes from the town of San Pedro, you can take a stroll, or use one of our complimentary bicycles or rent a golf cart from our sister company CartsBelize to explore the town. We have accommodation + golf carts packages available.

All of our condominium suites offer fully equipped kitchens complete with full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, cooking utensils, plates, glasses and cutlery. All suites are equipped with central air, ceiling fans, cable TVs, telephone, high speed wireless internet access (must bring own laptop), hair dryers, alarm clock radio iPod docking stations, environmentally friendly liquid shampoos, conditioners and body wash, private safes for valuables, beach towels and large shaded decks overlooking the pool, garden and/or ocean. Daily maid service is also provided.
Scuba
Belize offers two common varieties of dives. The first being local diving along the Barrier Reef with over 50 dive sites within 30 minutes of our dock. The second being to outer atolls andCays– most common Turneffe atoll and Lighthouse Reef which is home to the world famous Great Blue Hole.
Snorkeling
Snorkeling in Belize is a real treat and something not to be missed. Hol Chan and Shark Ray alley is the favorite among guests to the island and gives you the opportunity to take in the wondrous marine life and also swim the gentle nurse sharks and sting rays. It sounds scary, but safe and exciting. Another popular site for snorkeling is Mexico Rocks
Mayan Ruin Exploration
Belize is at the heart of the Mayan empire with multiple ruins to discover and explore. These ancient temples and cities bring back to life the inspiring civilization of the Mayans. Explore one or explore them all.
