Stovetop Catfish

Ingredients: 
  • 1 can beer
  • 2 cups chrushed Stovetop Stuffing
  • 2-1 lbs catfish fillets
  • oil
Preparation Instructions: 

Leave beer open in fridge overnight.

Combine beer and stuffing to make batter

heat oil to medium

Dip fish in batter coat well

Fry fish till its opaque and flakes easily with fork
