Ingredients: 
  • few dashes Garlic and bell pepper seasoning
  • few dashes crushed red pepper
  • 1 bottle hot sauce
  • 1 cup conola, vegie, olive. etc...(oil)
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 Bass(any kind that has enough meet.)
Preparation Instructions: 

Step 1: Get a pie like pan(prefferably aluminum)

Step 2: Add Flour ,crushed red pepper, and Garlic/bell pepper to pan

Step 3: put fish fillets in mixture in pan, make sure that both sides of each piece of fish is covered completely in mixture.

Step 4: Put oil in a frying pan and put on medium heat, let oil heat up for about 3-5 min.

Step 5: Put fish in frying pan and wait till they are nice and crispy, and golden.
