- 2 pounds freshly caught redfish fillets
- 1 tsp iodized salt
- dash black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tsp onion, chopped VERY fine
- 1/4 c. stick butter, melted
Butter up a baking dish and put the fish in it with the skin facing down.
Combine the remaining ingredients in a cup.
Pour the mixture over the top of the fish.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes. When done, the fish will flake under pressure from a fork.
