Ingredients:

4 Trout Filets
1t Salt
1t Pepper
1 Bisquik Pancake mix

Preparation Instructions:

Follow directions to make Bisquik Pancakes add salt and pepper.

Turn Filets in batter

Cook on griddle about 5 min on each side.
