  • 2 trout of choice
  • 2tbs butter or margerine
  • 1tbs dijon or spicy brown mustard
Preparation Instructions: 

Pre heat oven to 450, while the oven pre heats gut and clen your trout (if necessary) and spread the mustard inside your fish and carefully top the mustard with a thin layer of butter or margerine wrap in foil and bake for 25-30 min depending on fish size and enjoy, goes very well with rice or over a slad.
