Ingredients:
- 8 fillets 8 Catfish fillets
- 2 Tbsp Fiery 5 Pepper blend (available at most grocery stores)
- 1 Tsp Tony Roma Creole seasoning
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
Preparation Instructions:
Mix pepper blend and creole seasoning together. After washing fillets, sprinkle with lemon juice and then sprinkle with seasoning on each side. Spray wire fish basket with a no stick spray and place fillets in basket. Grill fish over 400 degree coals between 6-9 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. Serve with lemon wedges and enjoy.
