Grilled Hog Snapper

Ingredients: 
  • 4 4-6 oz Snapper fillets
  • 1 lemon and lemon juice
  • 1 large sweet onion
  • 1 3 lbs bag red potatoes
  • 1 box lipton onion soup mix
  • 3 tbsp veggie oil for potatoes
  • 2 lbs whole uncut green beans
  • 1 clove garlic or jarred garlic
Preparation Instructions: 

pre heat oven to 450 degrees ,prep potatoes cut into 1/4 pieces add oil to potatoes and add one packet of lipton onion soup and mix ,  spread potatoes on pan with non-stick spray and put in oven for 25 mins and pull out and flip potatoes over and continue to cook for another 15 mins or til fork goes into thickest potatoe with ease. 

steam the green beans when you turn the potatoes and put the fish on the grill right after you start the greens.

to prep the fish : with or with out skin , pre heat grill ( you want it hot ) 

take lemon and cut  into 1/4 inch round slices 

same with onion 

place fish on foil and spray foil w/non-stick or layer foil with butter

place fish skin side on foil , place onion on fish  , drizzle lemon juice on fillet about a tsp( wait til your ready to put on grill or lemon juice will start to cook fish) and place cut lemons  enough to cover fish . 

place fish on grill on high and cook for about 15mins ( depends on thickness of fillet) or till fully white and flacky .

in a sauce pan take garlic minced up and about 3 tbsp of butter and satuee garlic in butter , when done pour over green beens
