Ingredients:
- 1 4-5 pound striper
- 1/2 Cup Lemon Pepper
- 3 Eggs, beaten
- 1 cup Flower
- 1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
Preparation Instructions:
Fill pan with half cup of oil for a shallow fry (not a deep fry). Heat till oil starts to move on surface Fillet striper, remove skin. Rinse fish and pat dry. Combine Lemon pepper and flower. Dip fish in egg, then dip in flower/lemon pepper mix, the place in panko crumbs and press down gently into crumbs. PLace striper in oil, fry till golden brown, turning once. Let stand for about 5-10 minutes. Enjoy!
