Fresh Tuna Sandwich

Ingredients:
- 2-3 filets of tuna
- 1 cup of mayo
- a handful of mint leaves
- 2 tablespoons of oregano
- 2 slices of bread per person
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- a pinch of salt and pepper
Preparation Instructions:
Dice the tuna. Put everything into a bowl except the bread and mint. Mix it together. Chop the mint leaves. Put the tuna on the bread, and sprinkle mint leaves onto the tuna.
