Foil Wrapped Trout

Ingredients: 
  • 4 Large trout fillets
  • 1/2 cup table wine
  • 2 Tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 Tablespoons minced parsley
  • 1 Salt and Pepper to taste
Preparation Instructions: 
  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat
  2. Lay out two large sheets of aluminum foil, approximitly 18 inches long so that they overlap . Lay fish in center of foil about 2 inches apart. Sprinkle with wine, butter, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Fold foil around fish, and crimp edges to seal.
  3. Place foil on the grill and cook 15-20 minutes or till fish is done
