Ingredients:
- 4 Large trout fillets
- 1/2 cup table wine
- 2 Tablespoon melted butter
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 Tablespoons minced parsley
- 1 Salt and Pepper to taste
Preparation Instructions:
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat
- Lay out two large sheets of aluminum foil, approximitly 18 inches long so that they overlap . Lay fish in center of foil about 2 inches apart. Sprinkle with wine, butter, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Fold foil around fish, and crimp edges to seal.
- Place foil on the grill and cook 15-20 minutes or till fish is done
