Ingredients:
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 5 cups cornflakes {chrushed}
- bass fillets
- salt
- pepper
Preparation Instructions:
Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper
Dip fillets in mixture, then in bowl of chrushed cornflakes
Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes
