Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1tsp paprika
- 1/4tsp salt
- 1 1/3 lbs catfish fillets [ cut into bite sized pieces
- 1/2 cup milk
Preparation Instructions:
Combine breadcrumbs, paprika, and salt
Dip fish in milk, roll in crumbs
Place fish on lighly oiled baking sheet
Bake at 500 for 8 minutes.Serve with tater sauce
