Ingredients:
- 5 Fresh Bluegill
- 3 Lemon
- Sprinkle Salt and Pepper
- Flour
Preparation Instructions:
Dress the bluegill according ot your likings (filet, skin, etc...)
Mix the lemon salt and pepper in a small bowl.
Dip the bluegill in the flour.
Fry them until finshed.
Pour the lemon mix on top and enjoy.
Watch for bones.
