Lake Lowell has dropped in water level by about 40-65%. If you don't mind the dead bodies, the carp are easy wading to get to. Easy wading does not mean easy fishing. small streamers could bring a cat fish, bass, or other traditional game fish. Nothing like pulling a carp in on a fly. Very challenging but worth it.
