Potholes Reservoir is my favorite body of water to chase walleye. You can find them year round but there are different techniques for each time of the year. In the winter, jigging blade baits on the humps will locate the fish. As soon as it warms up troll a worm harness bassicly anywhere on the lake in 40' of water and you will be sure to find some nice walleyes. If you do not know the area, stay away from the dunes as this can be dangerous while cruising.
