Lake Oroville is fishing as hot as any lake can fish right now. The lake is down 230 feet and there is one ramp open now (4 wheel drive only on the dam)!! The good part is that the fishing is hot!! We are getting from 75 to 100 fish per day on almost any thing you can through at them. On todays trip, my clients took around 100 bass up to 2 3/4 lb all on reaction baits and a few on tubes. The Fall bite is on fire. If you can't get out on your own give me a call at 530-872-0907 or email me at gandofiservices@aol.com. to book a trip. You will be glad you did!!

Bass bite remains very good for numbers. Larger bass are becoming more frequent as the fall pattern takes hold. Jigs, drop-shots are good bets. Spinner baits and swim baits are effective when there is cloud cover. The South Fork and the main lake are producing well. Bass Tackle Depot (530) 533-4990
