     WOHLFORD: The bass bite has been good on smaller fish to three pounds with the action up early in the day and then in deeper water. Cranks best early and then plastics. Some nice crappie were caught again this past week. Catfish fair to good in most coves. The catfish derby will not be held this year. Trout slow.      WOHLFORD: The bass bite is fair to good with mostly 1-8 to two-pound bass on plastics, reaction baits, and nightcrawlers. Justin Peterson, Valley Center, caught and released an 8-4 bass on a black plastic in Boat Dock Cove. Crappie improved with fair action this past week on small jigs and small shiners. A few redear and bluegill are showing, and the catfish bite is improving on chicken liver and mackerel. The trout bite has slowed way down with only the odd fish still showing from deeper water along the south shoreline, Oakvale Cove, and west of the Senior Shoreline.      WOHLFORD: Final trout plant of the season went in last week. The bite has been spotty with the fish heading to the cooler, deeper parts of the lake, with fish showing on trolled baits or PowerBait fished on long, light leaders. The bass action has been pretty good on crawdads, plastics, and reaction baits. The crappie bite has been fair early in the morning around much of the lake.
