WOHLFORD: Final trout plant of the season went in last week. The bite has been spotty with the fish heading to the cooler, deeper parts of the lake, with fish showing on trolled baits or PowerBait fished on long, light leaders. The bass action has been pretty good on crawdads, plastics, and reaction baits. The crappie bite has been fair early in the morning around much of the lake. Only a few catfish and bluegill are showing. For information contact the Ranger Staton at 760-839-4346 or go to the website at www.wohlfordlake.com
