Lake OH Ivie Finally starting to show signs of great fishing as it always has, The lake is still low and presents some hazards most hazards are unseen river swings due to silt and rocky flats so please still be careful. As for fishing main lake areas in clearer water with grass patches have been a really good place as around the river areas that are pushing new water through. All of my big fish have been on topwater and a few new baits I have been making. I have really keys on the BIG schooling fish but trying to to find them at first was difficult then finding an absolute fool proof pattern was really the key. The topwater bites where strong as for the worm bites. as always 10 inch worms rule the lake. The fish caught are super healthy The amount of baitfish and Copper nose bluegill have most bass on a lake not cooperative since they are easy to chase down in schools and one copper nose bluegill is quit a meal as they are large. If you have any questions please fell to contact me or respond by mail Tad Box
