Wind hampered fishing this week, but the largemouth bass action has been very good in the coves with the fish in their spawn. Lots of fish to four pounds on plastics and live bait. Princess Cove has been a hot spot. The striper action has been slowly improving in the south end of the lake on cut baits fished in deeper water, but overall the bite is still tough. A few catfish are starting to show in the coves and at the power lines with fish to four pounds reported on cut baits. Trolling with anchovies in 30-50 feet has been producing some stripers, while catfish are on the bottom.
