Fished by the ball park and next to the boat house, no luck or bites. Fished with gulp night crawler, power bait, mouse tails, tube jigs, and a few lewers, nothing. Two guys showed up in both had a fish within a minute. Must have just not been my day. Hoping for better luck next time.

GREGORY LAKE: Last concessionaire trout plant was March 6 and the next plant is set for April 3. The trout bite has been pretty good, especially for float tubers who have been averaging three to four trout each over the past week. There was also an 8-4 rainbow landed right after the last plant. Most of the action is in 25 to 30 feet of water on inflated nightcrawlers or slowly-jigged trout plastics and Mice Tails in brown and red. The concessionaire plants have three orange-tagged trout planted worth cash from $100 to $200 (depending on the type of fishing pass you have). Anglers must pre-register and pay the daily fishing/parking fee. There are three $50,000 tagged trout events planned for this year. Each event will have 12 tagged trout, and the first event is April 11. Small boat (electric motors only), canoe, kayak, and float tube launching is allowed, but all craft must be launched at the marina ramp and checked for quagga mussels.
