ARROWHEAD: Water off color; 41–45 degrees; 19.44’ low. One ramp open and few anglers have been on the lake.

ATHENS: Water clear; 44–47 degrees; 1.04’ low. Black bass are good on lipless crankbaits, bladed jigs and watermelon Senkos near grass. Crappie are good on minnows and jigs. Catfish are fair on trotlines and prepared bait.

BASTROP: Water stained; 56–60 degrees. Black bass are fair on Rat–L–Traps and chartreuse jigs. Crappie are good on minnows over brush piles in 15–20 feet. Channel and blue catfish are fair on stinkbait and liver. Yellow catfish are slow.

ATHENS: Water clear; 45–50 degrees; 1.22’ low. Black bass are fair on lipless crankbaits, spinnerbaits and Senkos. Crappie are fair on minnows and white jigs. Catfish are slow on rod and reel and prepared bait.
