Elevation rising, water 72 and murky. Blue and channel catfish fair on cut bait, worms and shad at 1-8 ft. along flats and shallows. Crappie slow on minnows and jigs at 10-15 ft. around brush structure. White bass and striped bass hybrids good on crankbaits, spoons and live shad along riprap and rocks. Walleye slow on crankbaits at 5-12 ft. along riprap. Report submitted by Spencer Grace, game warden stationed in Kay County.

Flathead catfish fair on goldfish and sunfish at 6-15 ft. along creek channels. Carp good on punch bait, worms and dough bait around flats and shallows. Largemouth bass fair on buzz baits, topwater lures and spinnerbaits from the surface to 6 ft. along rocks. Walleye slow on crankbaits and rouges at 10-18 ft. around points, rocks and riprap. Blue and channel catfish slow on cut bait, worms and shad at 1-6 ft. along flats, river channel and river mouth. Crappie good on minnows, jigs and tube jigs at 12-20 ft. around brush structure and standing timber. White bass and striped bass hybrids good on crankbaits, topwater lures, spoons and shad from the surface to 30 ft. around riprap, points, the main lake and big water humps.
