Elevation 1 ft. above normal, water 59. Largemouth bass good on spinnerbaits and crankbaits shallow. Crappie good on minnows and jigs at 5-10 ft. around structure. Elevation 3 ft. above normal, water 57. Largemouth bass good on jerk baits, spinnerbaits, crankbaits and jigs in pre-spawn staging areas. White bass fair on small crankbaits and jigs. Elevation normal, water 50. Largemouth bass good on swim baits and jerk baits at 15-25 ft. off main lake points. Crappie good on minnows and green jigs at 10-15 ft. around structure at night. Paddlefish excellent from Grey's Ranch up river to Miami Park. Catfish excellent drifting or on juglines baited with cut shad at 20-30 ft. Water 38-40 in the north end and 40-43 in the south end. Paddlefish excellent in the Grey's Ranch Area and some reports some being caught all the way up to the Conner's Bridge. Catfish good to excellent on cut shad at10-30 ft. on the north end of the lake around Sailboat Bridge area. Catfish being caught at 40-70 ft. in winter pattern on ledges.  February 9. Water 45. Largemouth bass good on Alabama rigs and jigs at 12 ft. Paddlefish excellent, stacked up around Bird and Bad Island in the main river channel. Catfish very good around Patricia Island and in the channel. White bass good up from Spring River. The Neosho River is really muddy right now. Largemouth bass slow on soft plastics and jigs but should pickup with warmer weather. Crappie good on Fle Fly jigs in black and chartreuse around brush piles in the Neosho River. White bass good on bottom up the Neosho and Spring rivers. Blue catfish excellent on cut shad at 75 ft. on deep ledges in the main river channel. Paddlefish excellent from Patricia Island all the way to the mouth of Elk River; stay in the main river channel and you will find them.
