I fished saturday and sunday , down by Duck creek and closer to the dam saturday the water clarity is unreal. I could see down 8 feet and even closer to the dam I could see 11.7 feet .But the fish did bite nicely The black bass liked top water early in the morning, and Then a 7inch worm was my choice after the sun came up. On sunday I spent the day around mid lake and the water was clear there to . My guess is that the zebra mussels are cleaning the water and no rain to get the water flowing though Grand is all a tribute to such a clear water lake. If you want a boat load of small bass work crank baits around the shore and docks, but if you want bigger bass work deeper areas. 20 to 30 feet deep do a little drop shot and be patient
