Stripers are found on the inside and the outside of Frank’s Tract. There was a good push of 10 to 15 pound stripers. Hairraisers and Big Hammer swim baits will work. Pencil Poppers or Whopper Ploppers get stripers at dusk. Black bass bite has been slow. Bass are found 4 to 10 feet deep. Senkos and crank baits are worth trying. Punching also will work. Cold weather is needed for a transition to better fishing. Hook, Line & Sinker (925) 625-2441

Most bass fishermen are getting fish from deep water. There is still a punch bite. Stripers are taking Rat-l-Traps, drifted bluegill. Evening is when the bass are herding bait. Find that and throw poppers and spooks. Stripers are 12 to 15 pounds. Hook, Line & Sinker (925) 625-2441
