The Pacific Islander had full limits of white seabass to go along with full limits of rockfish. The local boats are picking up some seabass, halibut and calico and sand bass. The water if 66 degrees and things are really starting to happen. time to go fishing.

The fishing is outstanding. The overnight boats have had full limits of white seabass and some nice halibut, along with almost full limits of rockfish and nice reds and lings. There are a few yellowtail being caught off and on but they are here. The local boats are still catching a few seabass and the sand bass and calico's are starting to bite, along with some nice whitefish and reds. Time to get out and go fishing

The White seabass and halibut and some yellowtail have gone gang busters. All of the boats out of channel islands had full limits for the boats and crew along with some really nice halibut, the Seabiscuit had one that went 35lbs and there are some yellowtail mixed in with the fish. It is time to get out and go fishing.

the fishing if off the hook. The big and small yellowtail have shown up in abundance along with some really big white seabass and a lot of big lings and reds to go with it. Now is the time to get out while the water is warm and catch some really nice fish. We have not seen fishing like this since the last el nino in the late 90's, and it will only get better, expect the calico bass and other fish to break loose soon.
