Water temperatures have dropped on the delta so finding clear water is a priority to finding any fish. Decent numbers of 1-8lb fish can be taken using subsurface baitfish patterns, in 4-12 feet of water. Striper lines are recommended. Using slower stripping, action with long pauses.

Recommended Flies: Streamers: Clouser Deep Minnow - Chrt/Wht, Red/Wht, Chrt/Yel in 1/0 - 2/0, Flash Clouser Jig black in 2/0. Topwater: Gurgler & B&M Bomber size 2.

Black Bass has slowed a bit with the drop in temperature. Most of them are small but the sizable ones can be found schooled up. Drop shot style fishing with 2-6 in leaders in 10-15 feet and also slow retriving rip baits is working. Striper are fishing ok on live bait (bluegill), rattle traps, rip baits, and slow trolling. Sturgeon has picked up on Lamprey Eel and Shrimp.
